3. Service Agreements

All professional services engagements are governed by a separate service agreement or SOW. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail with respect to the relevant engagement.

• Fees and payment terms

4. Website Use

7. Limitation of Liability
